Welcome to NaviGrade. By accessing or using our website, forms, or AI-assisted classification services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Overview of Services

NaviGrade provides AI-assisted job classification tools, Position Description generation, equivalency summaries, and HR documentation for individuals, tribal nations, organizations, and private-sector entities.

NaviGrade offers several service tiers:

  • Free Tier – One PD per month with limited features
  • Professional Tier – PD + equivalencies
  • Premium Tier – Includes PD + evaluation + full equivalencies
  • Enterprise Tier – Custom HR support delivered through direct consultation

AI-generated output is delivered via email based on information submitted through Google Forms and processed through automated workflows.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are legally permitted to submit job-related information
  • Have authority to request classification assistance for your organization (if applicable)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in the intake form
  • Use NaviGrade outputs responsibly and in compliance with local policies and legal requirements
  • Review deliverables for accuracy before implementing HR decisions
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive job information you provide

NaviGrade is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete data submissions.

4. AI-Assisted Output & Limitations

NaviGrade uses AI models and rule-based frameworks (HAVEN Classification Model) to generate documents. While outputs are informed by HR logic and federal classification principles, the results:

  • Are advisory in nature
  • Do not guarantee grade or salary outcomes
  • Should be reviewed by qualified HR personnel before implementation
  • May require human revision depending on agency policies

NaviGrade does not assume liability for employer decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. Payment & Billing

5.1 Individual PD Purchases

One-time purchases are processed via Stripe. Payment is required before work is initiated.

5.2 Subscription Plans (Professional & Premium)

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize NaviGrade and Stripe to process recurring payments.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments.

5.3 Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise services are billed through custom agreements and may include additional consultation fees, contract terms, and manual invoicing.

6. Refund Policy

Because NaviGrade delivers digital HR documentation and classification services immediately upon processing, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The system fails to generate a deliverable
  • A duplicate payment occurs
  • The purchase was made in error and no work has begun

Refund approval remains at NaviGrade’s discretion.

7. Data Privacy & Security

Your data is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your information through:

  • Google Forms and Google Sheets (intake)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Email delivery systems
  • AI model providers
  • Automation tools used to generate deliverables

NaviGrade does not sell personal or organizational information.

8. Document Upload Restrictions

Document uploads are currently limited to Enterprise clients.

Submitting confidential or sensitive documents through non-Enterprise channels is not recommended. NaviGrade is not responsible for inappropriate data submitted outside official guidance.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 24/7 service availability, but NaviGrade may experience temporary interruptions due to:

  • Maintenance or updates
  • Third-party outages (Google, Stripe, automation tools)
  • High-volume traffic

NaviGrade is not liable for downtime or delays outside of our control.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use NaviGrade to:

  • Submit unlawful or fraudulent information
  • Generate documents for malicious or harmful purposes
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to replicate proprietary classification systems
  • Misrepresent NaviGrade outputs as government-certified classifications

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, AI prompts, workflows, documentation frameworks, and the HAVEN Classification Model are the intellectual property of NaviGrade.

You may use generated documents for internal HR purposes but may not reproduce, resell, or commercially distribute NaviGrade tools or methodologies.

12. Limitation of Liability

NaviGrade is not liable for:

  • Employment decisions made using AI-generated documents
  • Misclassification caused by inaccurate user-submitted data
  • Regulatory or audit findings unrelated to our system outputs
  • Loss of business or consequential damages

Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
