Refund Policy

NaviGrade provides AI-assisted job classification services, Position Descriptions, and HR documentation delivered digitally through automated workflows. Because these deliverables begin processing immediately upon submission, our services are generally non-refundable.

1. Digital Services Are Non-Returnable

All purchases—including individual PDs, subscription tiers, and Premium evaluations—are considered delivered digital goods. Once the intake form is submitted or processing begins, the service cannot be reversed or returned.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment – You were charged twice for the same service
  • Service Failure – NaviGrade fails to generate any deliverable
  • Purchase Error – You immediately notify us and no work has begun

Refunds are granted at NaviGrade’s discretion after reviewing the situation.

3. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled. Refunds are not offered for:

  • Partially used months
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Unused consult credits

Cancellations take effect the next billing cycle.

4. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise refunds follow the terms of the individual service agreement or contract. Some engagements are non-refundable due to time, staffing, or custom development requirements.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, email:

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Email used for purchase
  • Stripe transaction ID or receipt
  • A short explanation of the issue

You will receive a response within 3–5 business days.
