Q: How often can I request a free summary?
Once per month per user account.

Q: Can I upload documents with the free tier?
Document uploads are an Enterprise-only feature.

Subscriptions (Professional / Premium)

Q: What’s the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro includes full classification outputs for up to 25 PDs/month. Premium includes 50 PDs/month, evaluation statements, and priority response.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes — your subscription can be canceled anytime through Stripe.

Q: Will I be charged twice if I retry checkout?
No. Stripe prevents duplicate charges for the same session.

Classification Logic and Results

Q: Are NaviGrade classifications defensible for audits?
Yes. All logic is aligned with OPM standards and includes factor rationale, sensitivity indicators, and supervisory coding.

Q: Do tribes need to follow federal grades exactly?
No. Grades are federal-equivalent references, not rigid requirements.

Q: How accurate are AI-assisted classifications?
AI is used only for drafting. All equivalency logic, OPM alignment, and sensitivity indicators follow HR-verified schema.

Free tiers: 24–48 hours.

Q: What formats do I receive?
